Our service is free and convenient. When ordering broadband services such as High Speed Internet or TV, just enter your service address and telephone number. You will be presented with all of the providers in the specified service category. Once you have selected a provider (such as Comcast or Charter), click Add to Cart or View Details for additional information. After selecting a provider and adding service to the cart, click the Continue button. Finally, complete the order form with all the required information that the service provider needs to enable your service and click on Checkout. Click the Submit button and your order will then be sent directly to the service provider.

Availability of digital services, particularly high-speed Internet, is determined by your geographic location. Local phone companies use your phone number to determine area accessibility; cable companies use your physical address to ensure accurate qualification to provide their services. If you reside in an apartment complex, be sure to include the apartment number. We use your information strictly to find available services in your area and to provide you with the most comprehensive, accurate list of results. All purchases through OfferWire are directly between you and the service providers selected. OfferWire enables your connection with the service providers and is not providing any of the services, nor is OfferWire responsible for any action or failure on the part of any service provider. Any questions or comments relating to the installation and service you receive from a provider should go directly to that specific service provider. Any hardware purchased through Offerwire will be shipped to you directly from one of our warehouses, depending on your location. Upon shipping of the hardware, an email will be sent advising you of the shipment, the date of the shipment, method of shipment and tracking number.

Customers may upgrade services in some instances if allowed by the current service provider. Please contact your provider directly for more information on this topic.

The Double Play and Triple Play bundles consist of either 2 services such as Internet and Phone or 3 services such as Internet, Phone, and TV. Some providers offer special pricing when customers choose one of these bundles.

Be sure to add OfferWire.com to your safe senders list so that correspondence is not prevented by your SPAM filter. OfferWire accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. For services involving recurring fees, the expiration date on the credit card must not expire within the same month of the order placement.

All rebate forms can be found at http://rebates.offerwire.com. This page will direct you to log in (if not already done so) and answer a few questions. You may then select a service provider and specific form(s) for downloading.

All rebate forms must be completed, following specific detailed instructions for each offer, and sent via USPS First Class mail. OfferWire sponsored rebates handled through our processing center can be viewed for status by entering your first name, last name, and zip code at www.offerwirerebates.com or by calling 1-866-561-7659. Processing time as stated on the rebate forms is 8 – 10 weeks. This time can be extended if there are problems with validating the submission. Questions regarding submissions outside of specified time frame can be addressed via the referenced rebate status URL or by contacting our Rebate Processing Department at rebates@bridgevine.com or by calling 1-866-299-1833.
